高新技术企业技术人员的薪酬模式设计

摘    要:技术人员是高新技术企业产品创新和开发的主体。能否有效激励技术人员的积极性是高新技术企业在发展中能否取得竞争优势的关键。我国高新技术企业激励机制不够完善,严重影响了技术人员的积极性。因此,应完善技术人员薪酬模式要素,并从辅助层、中间层和核心层构建技术人员薪酬模式体系。

Abstract:In Hi-tech enterprises,the technicians are the main subjects in the activity of innovating and developing of the products.Whether the technicians can be motivated efficiently is the key point for a hi-tech enterprise to win the competitive advantage during the development.Nowadays,the encouraging system in China is far from perfect that has badly impaired the initiative of technicians.Therefore,we should perfect the key elements of compensation system for technicians and construct the compensation system from auxiliary level,intermediate level and core level.
