| 摘 要： | 矿难频发夺去了一条条农民矿工鲜活的生命,但事故发生并不仅仅源于“穷人太穷”,而是农民矿工“权利贫困”的必然结果。要减少煤矿事故,只有归还并充分保障矿工的应得权利,这是政府、监管部门、矿长或矿主等责任者应该深思并尽快予以解决的问题。

| Abstract: | More and more lives of farmers engaged in the mining industry were deprived by the frequent mine accidents.While the accident took place not merely from" the prole is too poor ",but inevitably from the right poverty of farmers engaged in the mining industry.In order to reduce the mine accident,must return the deserved right to farmers and fully ensure it as soon as possible,this is the problem that the government,supervision department,chief of the miner and other relevant persons should think deeply about and solve. |
