国有中小油脂企业战略研究

摘    要:在多种因素的影响下,国有中小油脂企业的处境非常艰难。为了应对日益激烈的竞争,中小油脂企业必须在有限的几年实现快速稳健的发展,以发展求生存。要实现这种发展,必须有一个恰当的战略定位与规划。以重庆市油脂公司的名牌战略、区域性发展战略为例,为国有中小油脂企业的战略研究提供借鉴与思考。

The Strategic Study of State - owned Small & Medium- sized Oil Firms
Abstract:Influenced by various factors, state-owned small and medium sized oil firms have being in hard situation. In order to handle this increasingly intensive competition, they need the rapid and stable development in a limited time span to survive through expansion. This paper takes Chongqing oil firm as an example to analyze the brand strategy and regional development strategy, and offer a reference or enlightenment to the study on strategies of other relevant oil firms.
