| Abstract: | The project of "electric appliance subsidiary" would affect the farmers and the enterprises from the perspective of efficiency and equality.The effect of "electric appliance subsidiary"rests with equilibrium of efficiency and equality,adequate ceiling price and the rate of subsidiary and whether the government can aviod the moral adventure of the electric appliance corporations.The government needs to explore other methods to promote the domestic demand based on efficiency and equality. |
