| 摘 要： | 西方银行监管已经经历了行政命令式、标准化方法和内部模型法三个阶段,目前预先承诺法这一新的监管方式在发达国家正处于试行阶段.通过对这四种监管理论的比较分析,根据我国金融监管的现状提出了我国银行监管的政策取向.

| Abstract: | The western bank supervision have experienced three phases, included administrative command, standardized method and inner model method. At present, the pre - committed method as a new supervisory method is trying out in developed countries. The paper analyzes the four supervisory theory and offers supervisory tropism in accordance to the supervisory actuality, Namely, general adoption of the market principle, generalization and internationalization ground on using inspirit- harmony supervision. |
