| Abstract: | The article takes Hubei Xinyegang Co., Ltd. as the research object and analyzes its talent strategy. The author firstly gives an analysis on problems the enterprise facing from the status of human resources, and based on this, compressively analyzes the talent strategy and its implementation of programmes and points out the existing shortcomings. |
