| 摘 要： | 价值概念是一个关系范畴,无论主、客体都需在一定的关系范围内确证、运行和体现。法的价值的产生、实现和体现也莫出其外。考察法价值产生的过程,我们便可看到,法价值的产生,从根本上说就成为主体以其自身需求结构为媒介,投射出法律对主体的意义(关系),从而明确法的价值产生的根本原因是人的发展的客观需要。

| Abstract: | The concept of value belongs to relation level.Both the subject and object must be confirmed,operated and embodied in certain relation level,so are the realization and embodiment.By investigating the coming-out process of the law value,we can say fundamentally that the subject uses its demand as medium to project the significance of law to the subject and further makes clear that the basic drive for the value of law is the objective need for human development. |
