网络化背景下我国政府的危机应对策略分析

与全球风险社会的出现相伴随的是网络化时代的到来及其快速发展,这一宏观性的时代背景给我国的社会转型带来了更大的压力,也对我国政府的治理能力提出了更高的要求。本文从对网络化时代的基本理解出发,分析了网络化背景下我国政府面对危机时所表现出来的问题,认为在这一背景下一方面使得危机的复杂性与解决难度大为增加,但另一方面也是我们加强和改善治理能力,发扬社会主义民主的大好契机,政府应该从观念转变、制度完善、舆论引导、机构匹配等方面加以努力。

An Analysis of Crisis Coping Strategies of Chinese Government under Network Background

With the appearance of global risk society,the network era is coming and developing rapidly.This macro time background brings more pressure to the social transition of our country and raises higher requirement for the governing ability of Chinese government.Starting from the basic understanding of network era,this paper analyzes the problems that Chinese government meet when facing crisis,points out that under this background,on one hand,it increases the complicity of the crisis and difficulty to solve it;on the other hand,it is also a good opportunity for us to strengthen and improve governing ability,develop socialism democracy.Therefore,government should work hard from the aspects of concept transition,system perfecting,public opinion guide and institutions matching etc.
