浅析政府支持与文化企业自我发展能力

本文在阐明当前我国文化体制改革与文化产业发展的背景前提下,分析当前国内文化企业的现状分析,探讨发展文化企业的现实必要性,并从政府与企业角度分析政府支持文化企业中的存在的主要问题,指出目前政府需要合理利用行政、经济等多元化手段,有选择的对文化企业提供外部政策扶持,而文化企业自身的独立创新才是根本的生存发展之源。

An Analysis of Government Support and Culture Enterprise's Self- Development Ability

This paper elaborates the current culture system reform and the development of Chinese cultural industry,analyzes the current situation of domestic cultural enterprises and probes into the realistic necessity of developing cultural enterprises.It also analyzes the problems existed in the cultural enterprises supported by government from the view of government and enterprises and puts forward that currently government should use flexible administrative and economic means to provide cultural enterprises with outer policy support optionally and cultural enterprises’ independent innovation is the basis for survival and development.
