扎实开展人才队伍建设促进地方经济发展

青海省是资源大省,要加快青海省经济的发展,必须依托资源优势。而矿产资源的勘查、开发、利用,离不开一支素质精良、规模适度、知识技能结构合理的专业人才队伍。文章结合对全国、全省人才工作会议精神的学习领会,介绍了青海省有色地勘局人才队伍建设的情况,并提出了今后加强人才工作的建议。

Qingxai Province is rich with mineral resources. It must rely on mineral resource advantage to develop local economy. But it needs a talent troops with excellent quality, appropriate scales and reasonable knowledge and ability structure in the process of mineral resource prospecting, exploitation and use. According to understand to nation-wide and provincial talent meeting spirit, the paper introduces the present situation of talent troops construction of Qingxai provincial Nonferrous Metal Geological and Prospecting Bureau and puts forward proposals in the field of strengthening talent work.
