| 摘 要： | 废日光灯管属于特殊危险废物，处置不当，会对人体健康和环境造成危害。我国每年产生大量的废日光灯管，但由于种种原因，绝大多数不能得到无害化处置，必须引起有关方面的重视。通过研究其它国家和地区的先进做法。提出了管理对策。 |

| Abstract: | The waste fluorescent lamp belongs to special dangerous objects ,if no suitable treatment will be taken,it certainly will do harm to the environment.There are large numbers of waste fluorescent lamps produced every year in our country,but because lack of disposal technology and recycle system,only few could be harmlessly disposed,so that urgent need to arrest attention of quarters concerned.The,management policies could be brought forward through studying the advanced experience in other countries and regions. |
