| 摘 要： | 发展与管理是我国旅游经济中的一个基本问题。以珠海市旅游业为例，发展速度较快，但其中存在着一些管理的薄弱状况，要将旅游业做大做优，必须创新、挖潜，实行个性管理、整合管理，及其大力开拓外源型资源。
