| Abstract: | The thesis introduces the high accuracy measuring method for the parameters of temperature, pressure and current in practical application. It places emphasis on analysing the temperature drift compensation of piezoresistive pressure transducer and linear calibrating method for Pt resistive temperature transducer. |
