浅谈中学生英语阅读能力培养

英语阅读是绝大多数中学生英语学习的主要目的,也是英语学习的第一重要手段和途径。要全方位培养中学生英语阅读能力,建议从两方面入手:1.改革课堂精读教学,注意其整体性,注重基础知识、词汇教学,淡化语法;2.指导学生开展课外泛读,指定一的数量的合适阅读材料,并传授给学生正确的阅读技巧和方法。

For most middle school students,English reading is their main purpose as well as the first im- portant means of their English study.To develop middle school students' English reading ability,the pa- per suggests that teachers should do the following two things:reforming the classroom teaching with focus on the integrity of the intensive reading teaching as well as on basic knowledge and lexical teaching;tutor- ing the outside reading activities by assigning certain appropriate reading materials and teaching students correct reading skills and techniques.
