江苏农村沼气建设的思考

随着现代农业和新农村建设的进一步推进,农村新能源建设取得了显著成效,沼气作为一项重要基础建设起到了推动作用。但在沼气推广和建设的过程中,发现江苏省农户建沼气的数量在不断增加,但使用率却很低,"建而不用"的现象值得反思。通过实地调查,该文分析了江苏省新能源建设的状况和沼气推广情况,分析沼气建设中存在的问题和推广欠佳的原因,最后提出了相关的政策建议。

ANALYSIS ON THE BIOGAS BUILDING OF RURAL AREAS IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

With the promotion of modern agriculture and new rural construction,the new energy construction of rural areas has got remarkable achievement.Biogas energy construction plays important role in promoting new energy construction of rural areas.Based on investigation,it shows that the number of the biogas construction built by farmers in Jiansu Province was increasing,but the utilization rate was very low.The phenomenon of ’building instead of use’ was worth rethinking profoundly.The paper analyzed the situation of new energy construction and biogas popularization,and problems in biogas development and reasons for the poor popularization,and finally puts forward some policy proposals.
