摘    要:净化工序是合成氨生产过程中最重要的工序,根据净化工艺的控制要求,文章通过对可编程控制器和集散型控制系统进行比较,优化选择可编程控制系统进行配置、设置及组态。从而达到高效、高精度、低成本,满足合成氨生产净化工序工艺的控制要求。

The Application of Programmable Controller to Purifying Process of Synthetic Ammonia Production

Abstract:The purifying process is an important procedure in the production of synthetic ammonia.According to the control requirements of purifying technique and the comparison between programmable controller and distributed control system,the paper considers that to optimize the programmable control system by configuration,establishment can achieve high efficiency, high precision and low costs and meet the need of controlling purifying technique in the production of synthetic ammonia.
