| 摘 要： | 持续促进高等教育教学质量提高,必然要开展教学质量监控与保证。不同高校有不同的教育质量观,围绕其开展的质量管理、质量保证与质量监控也应该不同。高校完全可以遵循企业全面质量管理的思想,但在引进企业具体的质量认证体系时必须慎重。

Different universities hold different views towards educational quality, therefore, their quality administration, quality guarantee and quality monitor are different. Universities can follow the roles of enterprises in quality administration, while taking it seriously. |
