| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,杭州湾南岸有限的土地资源与日趋上升的用地需求矛盾十分突出,土地结构的变化影响了杭州湾南岸的经济发展和社会进步。运用因子分析法对土地利用变化的社会经济因素进行定量分析,证实了经济主成分、土地政策主成分、人口及其政策主成分是影响杭州湾南岸土地利用变化的主要驱动力。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the fast economic development has brought about serious conflicts between the limited land resources and the incneased land demand in the South of Hangzhou Bay. The changes of land use structure hs also restrict the economic development in this area. With the appnroach of factor analysis, the paper presents a quenfifive analysis on the varied social-economie factors in terms of main economie body, land policy, population, etc. |
