可视化的物流业务流程再造研究

流程优化是物流企业形成系统化运作的重要方法，也是供应链管理的主要趋势。在总结BPR研究的新方法基础之上，给出一种操作性强的、可视化的物流企业流程改进途径，该方式是递进式的、分层优化方法．即以业务自动化、业务融合及流程并行、供应链层面为分层特点。通过一个实例及图示的方法说明流程的改进过程．对物流企业的流程管理及设计人员起到指南作用。

Research on Visualization Logistics Process Reengineering

Process optimization is an important method for systematized operation in logistics enterprise, it also is a main trend in supply chain management. This paper, being based on some new studies in BPR fields, brings forward a practical and visual approach on logistics process change. This approach is progressive and has three level involving business automatization, business integrating and parallel process, supply chain management. The course of process change is illustrated by a special example and four charts. Meanwhile, this paper can be a guide for process manager and designer in logistics enterprises.
