| 摘 要： | 在香港保险业的发展历程中，良好的法律环境起到了相当重要的重要。本文通过分析香港保险法律制度的沿革及特征分析，比较两地保险业监管的差异性，思考借鉴香港保险法律制度的一些经验做法，为我国保险业的发展营造良好的法律环境。

| Abstract: | In the track of development of Hong Kong insurance industry,a good legal environment has played a very important and constructive role.The paper analyzed the evolution and characteristics of insurance laws and regulations in Hong Kong,compared their differences with mainland China,and reflected on how to learn from useful experiences of HK in this regard in order to create an optimal legal environment for the development of the insurance industry in the mainland. |
