摘    要:为了解决预制拼装叠合管廊在结构施工过程中,侧墙和结构板连接点处的钢筋无法保证锚固长度的问题,提出了以梁-弹簧模型为基础的结构裂缝模拟旋转刚度分析方法。首先建立了以梁-弹簧模型为基础的结构分析体系,将结构连接点位置模拟为弹簧,并根据结构裂缝推算旋转刚度。其次,通过对比梁-弹簧模型和等刚度模型的计算结果,讨论了基于梁-弹簧模型的结构分析体系对预制拼装管廊结构计算的适用性。结果表明,结构裂缝模拟旋转刚度分析方法能够保证侧墙和结构板连接点处钢筋的锚固长度,有效反映了预制结构局部位置的弱化现象,梁-弹簧模型具有更好的适用性。研究结果丰富了预制拼装叠合管廊的计算方案,可为不等刚度的预制拼装结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the reinforcement at the connection point between the side wall and the structural plate can not guarantee the anchorage length during the construction of prefabricated composite utility tunnel, an analysis method of rotation stiffness for structural crack simulation based on beam-spring model was proposed. Firstly, a structural analysis system based on beam-spring model was established. The position of the structural connection point was simulated as a spring, and the rotational stiffness was calculated according to the structural cracks. Secondly, by comparing the calculation results of the beam-spring model and the equal stiffness model, the applicability of the prefabricated laminated utility tunnel structure was discussed by structural analysis system based on beam-spring model. The results show that the rotation stiffness analysis method can ensure the anchorage length of the reinforcement at the connection point of the side wall and the structural plate, and effectively reflect the weakening phenomenon of the local position of the prefabricated structure, and the beam-spring model has better applicability. The research results enrich the calculation schemes of the prefabricated laminated utility tunnel, and can provide reference for the design of prefabricated assembly structure with different stiffness.
