改革开放以来我国粮食供需问题研究

回顾改革开放以来我国粮食生产、需求状况,从总量、品种和区域角度归纳出我国粮食供需的特征、趋势及成因,提出了粮食发展的总体思路和具体建议。当前,我国粮食生产面临着耕地数量不足、质量不高、水资源短缺和农民种粮效益低的挑战。为此,需要健全耕地保护制度,建立水资源政策保护体系,协调粮食增产与农民增收,细分四大粮食品种。

Research on Grain Production & Demand in China since the Reform and Opening

This research reviews the status of China′s grain production & demand,induces new characteristics,trend and cause of it from the total amount,variety and region since the reform and opening. The paper puts forward the general thinking and concrete proposals to promote grain production. China′s grain production is presently facing challenges: insufficiency and barren land,the shortage of water resources and the low benefit of planting crops farmer. The paper suggests establishing and perfecting farming protection system,constituting water resources policy protection system, coordinating grain production increase and the farmer income,and subdividing four grain varieties.
