| 摘 要： | 我国有有1.8万公里的大陆海岸线和12.3万公里的内河通航水道。“十五”期间，船舶运输平均每年消耗燃油1366万吨，排放二氧化碳4000万吨。废气及船上焚烧、所载货物所产生的挥发性有机化合物都对大气环境造成了一定程度的污染。

| Abstract: | At present, green low carbon and e- mission reduction has increasingly re- ceived popular attention of the public. During the session of the two national conferences, delegates and members submitted various proposals concerning inland waterway ship pollution emission control. CPPCC member and vice-minis- ter of transport Xu Zuyuan said during an interview China should vigorously disseminate and apply low carbon tech- nology to promote sate and green devel- opment of water transport and effective- ly lower energy consumption pollution emission of inland waterway and off- shore ships. |
