| Abstract: | Whether to the entire real estate industry or to its related industries, living environment and socio-economic, the housing market’s impact is very significant. This paper analysis the factors which affect Zhanjiang’s housing demand applying the theory of Grey Correlation, giving the primary and secondary relationship of relevant factors about affecting housing demand in Zhanjiang. |
