| Abstract: | North-east region city-net system's construction is not only a big opportunity but also the way we must take in reinvigorate north-east economy.In the process,we must solve such problems,as harmonize the work among provinces?utilize the relative policies?raise money,etc.All the work must be planed by the numbers and harmonized integrately.Any misplay will effect the whole work negatively. |
