| Abstract: | At first it general has stated the present situation of the fund of our country of venture capital investment. Then it discussed venture capital investment existing three major problems: information asymmetry, lack of withdraw from mechanism and not perfect external environment. Finally aiming at the three aspects problems it has put forward corresponding countermeasure. |
