摘    要:当前,并购已经成为企业实现资本快速增长、提高资源配置效率与提升技术能力的重要手段。文化融合是企业并购成败的关键要素,而文化融合的核心在于融合人心。企业并购后,企业要与员工构建心理契约,增强员工的认同感与归属感,建立利益博弈均衡与激励机制,而做人的工作是思想政治工作的传统优势。通过对上汽大众在并购中的思想政治工作案例的研究,可得出思想政治工作要创新工作理念、融入管理的结论。

Abstract:At present, M&A has become an important means for enterprises to achieve capital growth, improve the allocation of resources efficiency and enhance the technical ability. Cultural integration is the key elements for success or failure in M&A. In M&A, corporate has to build psychological contract with employees, enhance staff's sense of identity and sense of belonging, establish the benefit game equilibrium and incentive mechanism. And the ideological and political work is the traditional advantages for SOEs (State-owned Enterprises). Through the case studies of SAIC Volkswagen, The paper presents that ideological and political work in the M&A integrate into management, innovate work ethic.
