The Comprechensive Application of ABC Methods to the 4S Automobile Spare Parts Stock the Management

With the domestic auto industry's rapid development,Competitions between 4S enterprises become more and more intensive,while its profits gradually shift from sales to vehicle maintenance service areas.Therefore,the appropriate spare parts inventory often plays a decisive role in the rapid and timely solutions to automotive fault.However,the excess inventory of spare parts will affect the use of current fund.Consequently,the quality of spare parts inventory management will become the key factor deciding the survival of 4S enterprises.A method using ABC classification management is advocated after researching the basic theories of 4S industries and service management for spare parts.When combined with computer technology,4S Enterprises' inventory and booking measurement could be rapidly decided in the intensive industry competition.
