The Game Analysis of Procurement Management Under SCM Environment

Through Studing the problem of procurement management under the SCM environment and analysing the game between buyer and seller during once and boundless times procurement, this article puts forward a general game model between buyer and seller during boundless times procurement, and puts forth some countermeasurements about how to set up and defend the active cooperation relationship.
