| 摘 要： | “道”是中国古代哲学肇始的标志。“道”是虚无，又包括实有，决定实有。“道”哲学高度抽象，又贴近生活，讲求功利。老子出世、不争、无为，又入世、相争、有为，前者是表象、方式，后者是实质、目的。

| Abstract: | The concept of Tao is the commence symbol of the philosophy theory.Tao is nihility, but contains and brings about everything. The philosophy of Taoism is extremely abstract, but it has not separated from social life, and is useful for people to seek the interests. Laozhi, renounces the world, doesn't compete with others in the sciety, and letting things take their own course, this is the surface and ways of his thought, and at the same time, he press close to life and is utilitarian, this is his contents and purposes. |
