| 摘 要： | 银行持股公司制是混业经营的一种管理模式，其对中国国有商业银行产权制度改革具有一定的借鉴意义。结合我国实际，要发展银行持股公司制，一方面要有政府的大力支持，另一方面要加快国有商业银行自身建设，为银行持股公司制的实施提供制度和技术保证。

On Practice of Bank - share Holding Companies for China''s State - owned Commercial Companies |

| Abstract: | The practice of bank- share holding companies is a business- running model of hybrid management, which is referential for China's state- owned commercial banks in their property right reform. The present paper holds that the practice requires not only the support from the state government but acceleration of self- construction of the commercial banks so as to provide share- holding companies with systematic and technological guarantee. |
