| 摘 要： | 目前，我国政府主导下的医疗服务支付机制，涉及了当今三大基本医疗保险中的基金筹集、支付方式决策与管理等诸多方面，发展过程中取得了一些成就，但也存在一些问题，急需从支付方式、管理方式和支付范围等方面进行改革。
