| 摘 要： | 实施供应链管理是解决目前我国猪肉质量安全问题的有效途径，合作伙伴间有效的合作与竞争是优质猪肉供应链生存与发展的关键。论文论述了优质猪肉供应链中养猪场、生猪屠宰加工企业和超市之间合作的动机、内容与方式以及竞争的内容、根源与作用，提出了有效竞合的理念和状态。

| Abstract: | Actualizing supply chain management is an important approach to produce high quality pork, and coopetition of partner is a key matter concerned to subsistence and development of high quality pork supply chain. In this paper, the cooperation and competition relationship of partner in high quality pork supply chain are discussed. The idea and the state of effective coopetition are presented. |
