基于产品寿命周期的QMS运行效果研究

文章基于产品寿命周期PLC理论，提出QMS运行寿命周期理论，分析了QMS寿命周期各阶段的运行特征，引入QMS过程增量AP、过程效率E，通过研究认为处于成长期和成熟期的QMS运行较好，其运行效果取决于过程△P、E的大小，只有二者都处于相对高值时，QMS才能保持成熟、稳定。

QMS Operation Effect Based on Product Life Cycle

The paper puts forward life cycle theory of QMS operation, analyses QMS operation characters of life cycle various phases, introduces QMS increment A P and efficiency E of process based on product life cycle PLC theory. The research considers that QMS operation is better in developing phase and maturity phase, the operation effect rests with process △ P or E, QMS keeps maturity and stabilization when both are comparatively higher value. Lastly, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure.
