Abstract:With the application of big data technology in all walks of life deepening,the problem of big data talent shortage has become increasingly serious.Most of the existing big data talents are classified according to the post type or talent type.This paper divides big data talents into data-driven talents and data-operation talents from the content of big data talents work and defines the connotation of the two kinds of talents.Data-driven talents refer to those who use data to drive business in traditional positions;data-operation talents are mainly those who produce big data products.In view of the two types of talents,this paper proposes three different training methods:social organization training,self-cultivation and school training,to provide a way to solve the shortage of big data talents.
