| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的形势下,要想顺应市场的瞬息万变,传统的成本管理方式已无法适应企业的持续发展,从价值链的视角进行成本管理是企业提升核心竞争力的优选之路.本文基于企业内部价值链,系统论述恒瑞医药成本管理的现状与问题,进而提出有效、合理的改进措施.

| Abstract: | Under the situation of economic globalization,in order to adapt to the?rapid changes of the market,the traditional cost management method can no longer adapt to the sustainable development of enterprises.Cost management from the perspective of value chain is the best way for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.Based on the internal value chain of enterprises,this paper systematically discusses the present situation and problems of Hengrui Medicine Cost Management,and then puts forward effective and reasonable improvement measures. |
