| 摘 要： | 在中国加入WTO这个新形势下 ,商业银行所面临的国际和国内经济、金融、法律等环境都发生了深刻的变化。目前国内商业银行已初步建立起较为完善、分工有序的商业银行体系 ,为我国商业银行的变迁作出了积极的贡献。然而在改革中也存在一些问题 ,使商业银行被限制在一个相当狭窄的范围内。因此 ,要借鉴西方商业银行发展的经验 ,制定商业银行业务拓展的原则、重点与方式

| Abstract: | Under the new background of China's entering into WTO,abroad and domestic econimic,financial and law environments commercial bank facing with have taken deep changes.Through analyzing present situation of domestic commercial bank and using the development of western commercial bank for reference,the essay puts forward principals,emphasis and modes of commercial bank's business expansion. |
