| 摘 要： | 新农村建设的主体是农民，发挥农民新农村建设的主体作用。农民作为新农村建设的主体，只有强化农民的主体意识，才能促进农民在新农村建设的积极性。国家则应该加大对农村的公共投资，完善农村的基础设施，减少农民在发展过程中的相对剥夺感，为农民营造平等的意识氛围。这些使农民的主体意识进一步强化，能积极参与到新农村建设之中。

| Abstract: | The farmer is the new rural construction＇s body, and the farmer plays the main role in the new rural construction. The farmers as the new rural construction＇s body, only strengthen farmer＇s body consciousness, and can promote the farmer enthusiasm in the new rural construction. Country should increase rural public investment, perfect rural infrastructure construction, reduce the farmer＇s sense of relative deprivation in the development. These strengthen farmer＇s body consciousness, actively take part in the new rural construction. |
