| 摘 要： | 兼职导游的激增为我国旅游业的发展注入了新的活力，但是也带来了管理、服务等多方面的挑战。首先阐述我国兼职导游的发展现状，其次分析了兼职导游职业化的必要性及其障碍，最后就如何提高我国兼职导游的职业化程度提出建议，旨在提高我国兼职导游的职业意识与执业水平。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of amateurish tour guides,there is a vigorous development in tourism,but it also brings challenges of management and service.This article fristly puts forward the present condition of amateurish tour guides,sceondly analyzes the necessity and obstacle of amateurish tour guides's professionalization,finally points out the relevant suggestions in order to improve professional conciousness and professional skill of amateurish tour guides. |
