超声波协同曝气技术对甲基橙废水的降解研究

摘    要:研究了超声波协同曝气降解甲基橙溶液效果。结果表明,超声波协同曝气可明显提高甲基橙降解效果,从而节省使用超声波的能量。当曝气流量为0.4L/min、曝气管径在0.2~0.8mm范围,对超声波处理甲基橙效果有差别,但差别不明显。甲基橙溶液的pH值对超声波协同曝气降解甲基橙影响较大,酸性条件下更有利于超声波协同曝气降解甲基橙溶液。

Abstract:The synergistic degradation on methyl orange by ultrasound and aeration simultaneously was investigated. The results show that the synergistic ultrasound and aeration can effectively degraded methyl orange which can reduce ultrasonic energy-wasting. When the air flow was 0.4 L/min, pipe diameter was from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, the effect of pipe diameter on degradation of methyl orange by ultrasound and aeration simultaneously is not significant. Further, there was a significant difference with different pH in methyl orange solution for degradation of methyl orange by ultrasound and aeration simultaneously.
