按订单生产企业的最优退货策略研究

运用Mukhopadhyay—Setoputro模型分析了由单个按订单生产企业和众多消费者构成的按订单生产系统的最优退货策略问题,主要研究了企业的最优退款数额和最优模块化设计水平。为此首先分析了该模型的不足和错误之处,并提出了改正这些错误和不足的具体措施,并在此基础之上提出了更符合实际情况的修正模型,并最终得到了该修正模型下的最优退款数额和最优模块化设计水平。

Study on the Optimal Return Strategy for Build-to-order Enterprises

The paper aims to analyzes the optimal return strategy for the production system consisting of one build-to-order manufacturer and multiple customers using the Mukhopadhyay-Setoputro model and to ascertain the optimal refund amount and optimal modular design.To achieve this,it first analyzes the inadequacies and faults of the model,proposes measures for correction,based on which a more true-to-the-reality improved model is put forward,and finally arrives on the optimal refund amount and modular design.
