摘    要:职业教育以其自身的特点,担负着培养专门人才、进行知识创新和技术创新的重要使命。而职业教育的发展水平,在很大程度上取决于教师队伍的整体素质。建设一支"双师型"教师队伍,是教学工作的需要,也是提高教学质量的基本保证。"实验实践"是培养"双师型"教师队伍的基础,"示范教学"是培养"双师型"教师队伍的重点,"科研创新"是培养"双师型"教师队伍的方向,"激励引导"是培养"双师型"教师队伍的不竭动力,加大经费投入,改变办学条件,改变教师工作环境,为"双师型"师资队伍建设提供必要的物质条件。

Abstract:Vocational education takes up significant mission of personnel training, knowledge innovation and technological innovation. The level of vocation education largely depends on teachers" quality. Building of a contingent of double-qualified teachers is to meet the demand of teaching and to improve the quality of teaching. To build a contingent of double-qualified teachers, experiment and practice is the foundation, demonstration teaching is the focal point, research and innovation is the direction, encouragement and guidance are the driving force. Increasing the fund for education, improving the condition of school operation and improving the teacher's working condition provides the necessary condition of material for building a contingent of double-qualified teachers.
