| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展,物流已经成为继资源、劳动力之后的"第三利润源泉",而物流配送作为挖掘这一利润源泉的突破口,受到了国内各行业的极大重视并得到较快发展。本文具体分析了家具企业的物流配送模式类型以及影响家具企业选择物流模式的要素,然后提出了家具企业应结合自己实际对这几种配送模式进行选择。
