| 摘 要： | 金融危机蔓延全球,在当前金融体系普遍为大型企业服务的环境中,中小企业融资面临着内部和外部的双重困难。相比之下,河南省速冻食品产业集群的融资优势十分明显,各项政策保障和配套措施得到完善,集群内各企业平稳发展。
