| 摘 要： | 当今的世界正在发生深刻的变化,中国正在进行完善和发展社会主义制度的自我变革。面对新形势新情况,必须在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力进行创新和改进,企业思想政治工作才能适应当前的市场经济,才能充分发挥其应有的作用。文章首先提出当前企业思想政治工作所面临的问题,然后简述思想政治工作在企业发展中的必要性,最后笔者给出改进和创新的建议。
