建筑质量与城市灾害

本文就建筑质量与自然灾害的关系进行了分析探讨，得出了提高建筑质量应是城市防灾减灾的重点，分析了目前国内建筑质量问题较多的原因，指出要提高建筑质量，不仅要加强法制建设，而且更加强精度文明建设，提高人们的整体素质；建筑设计的质量不仅仅足是技术质量，还应包括艺术质量。

Architecture quality and urban disaster

After discussing the relationship between building quality and natural disaster, we conclude it is important to improve building quality. The cause of many problems about present architecture's quality inland has been analyzed. From that, we notice: to enhance buliding quality, not only the building of law but also the constructing of spirit civilization needs to be strengthened as to enhance people's integral makings. Building design's quality includes both technical and artistic quality.
