| 摘 要： | 西部开发中以基础设施建设为重点，而这些设施需要注入大量的资金，我国目前这方面的资金相对缺乏。本文试图从宏观管理者的角度，探讨如何把BOT这种融资方式运用到西部开发和建设中。
