基于CFD对飞机客舱的舒适度分析

摘    要:参照客机C919客舱空调系统,对客机客舱的几何模型内部进行了速度和温度流场的详细分析。运用商用CFD软件Fluent模拟舱内空气流动,记录舱内人体周围各个关键位置的空气温度以及速度,从而给乘客带来最佳的舒适体验。在考虑热天情况下,给定舱内初始温度以及出风速度,通过调整送风口的不同角度,计算人体舒适性结果。根据计算得到的速度和温度云图,进而获得乘客的最佳舒适性工况。发现当送风口角度调整为右偏25°时,乘客会获得较好的乘坐体验。

Abstract:Referring to the air conditioning system of C919 cabin, the velocity and temperature flow fields inside the geometric model of the passenger cabin are analyzed in detail. The commercial CFD software fluent is used to simulate the air flow in the cabin and record the air temperature and speed of each key position around the human body in the cabin, so as to bring the best comfortable experience to the passengers. In the case of hot weather, given the initial temperature and air velocity in the cabin, the human comfort results are calculated by adjusting the different angles of the air supply outlet. According to the calculated speed and temperature nephogram, the best comfort condition of passengers can be obtained. It is found that when the air supply outlet angle is adjusted to 25° to the right, passengers will get a better ride experience.
