乌江水电辅助电源--抽水蓄能开发研究

摘    要:贵州省水力资源虽居全国第6位,但资源量少,至2012年左右乌江的大型水电站将开发完毕,届时水电在电网中的比例将迅速减少。贵州省既有建设抽水蓄能电站的市场空间,也有建设抽水蓄能电站的工程条件,在近期可先考虑乌江流域及负荷中心附近的抽水蓄能电站作为乌江流域开发的辅助电源,以便充分吸收乌江现有水电站及其他水电站多余的电能并转换成高质电能,促进乌江流域梯级的滚动开发和综合开发。

Abstract:Water-power resources of Guizhou Province rank the 6~(th)in China,but the amount is small.The large-scale hydropower stations on the Wujiang River have been built up to 2012,the rate of hydropower capacity in Guizhou network will be rapidly fall at that time.Pumped storage stations have not only market but also the construction conditions in Guizhou Province.In resent years,some pumped storage stations located in the basin of the Wujiang River or near the load center could be planned to build as assistance power supply of hydropower development of Wujiang Basin,in order to absorb the surplus electricity energy from the built hydropower stations on the Wujiang River or others,and change it to high quality one,promote cascade rolling and comprehensive development of Wujiang Basin.
