| 摘 要： | 上市公司重组作为资源配置的重要方式之一,历来是各国证券市场的热点。我国证券市场虽然才经历十多年的历史,但上市公司的重组却层出不穷,方兴未艾。近年来,作为地处西部地区的重庆,上市公司的重组也频频发生,并对重庆资本市场产生了极大的影响,重组有利于改善上市公司的经营状况,提高上市公司绩效。

| Abstract: | The restructuring of the listed companies have become the focus of stock market.Through the analysis on several restructuring ways adopted by the listed companies of Chongqing,the paper finds restructuring helps to improve their management,enhance their performance.However,there still exist some problems and deficiencies.It puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions against restructuring problems of Chongqing listed companies. |
